Marc Bergevin eyeing Mike Hoffman

That said, according to information filed by Andy Strickland, Bergevin will once again be very aggressive in the Mike Hoffman file, having offered $5 million before Hoffman opted for the Blues.

But... a culture has been established with the Montreal Canadiens, so Hoffman's often questioned attitude and soft style of play may not fit in with the club. If Jonathan Drouin didn't fit, Hoffman didn't fit either as a player, let alone a person. But hey, the big boss is Marc Bergevin.
