The 30-year-old paid $3,030,000 for the house in August 2020. He and his soon-to-be divorced wife Anna are recognised as co-owners. With the couple on the verge of divorce, their home is now on the market for $3,199,950.
Kane appears to be dealing with a slew of off-ice troubles, including legal issues, insolvency, and some major female issues. It was revealed in January that he had gambling losses of more than $1.5 million, despite having only $10.2 million in assets compared to liabilities of more than $26.8 million.
Anna filed for divorce over seven months later, accusing him of betting on his own team's games, which the NHL is currently investigating. Because of the uproar, many of his teammates have expressed that they would prefer if he did not return to the squad at all. Only time will tell if any of this will be rectified, but things are currently looking extremely bad for Kane.
