Quebec forward Jonathan Huberdeau really didn't want to be traded. Clearly, he thought he would make a life for himself in Florida and sign a contract extension with the team.
However, general manager Bill Zito decided otherwise and traded him to Calgary, along with defenseman MacKenzie Weegar.
Newly retired Keith Yandle told the Spittin' Chiclets how Huberdeau handled the news.
The former Panther gave Zito a nice "F--- you!" in response to his exchange.
With the dust settled, Huberdeau is now happy to continue his career in Calgary, with a big contract in hand, for next year.
