Jhen drafted in junior and never drafted in the NHL, the story of Montreal Canadiens defenseman Arber Xhekaj is incredible.
The former head coach of the Canadiens from 2002 to last year, Trevor Timmins, told Renaud Lavoie that he had never seen a story like Xhekaj's.

However, he is not the one responsible for this find. It is Matt Tarek, former CH scout and director of personnel for the Hamilton Bulldogs.
Tarek pushed for the CH to invite Xhekaj to the training camp and we know the result.
