Game cancelled today: NHL provides update

The National Hockey League issued a statement in the last few minutes regarding the postponement of the game between the Nashville Predators and the Colorado Avalanche.

Here is the NHL release:

"Today's game between the Colorado Avalanche and the Nashville Predators at Bridgestone Arena has been postponed due to a water line break that has significantly impacted the level of events at the arena. A rescheduled date will be announced as soon as it is confirmed.

A decision on tomorrow's game between Columbus and Nashville scheduled at Bridgestone Arena will be made at a later date."
