In his popular 32 Thoughts podcast, Elliotte Friedman links Erik Karlsson to a new team. The Florida Panthers are reportedly interested in Karlsson's services.

This news could be major for the Habs, as they have the Panthers' first round pick.

The Canadiens might have the chance to get two top-10 picks in the next draft, but with Karlsson in the Florida lineup, there is little chance that will happen.
