First of all, I am a huge fan of Shea Weber because I have been very passionate about people and leadership for many years. In my everyday life, I draw inspiration from great leaders, which helps me achieve my goals and stay committed to them. A little bit of Kobe Bryant, a dash of Lewis Hamilton and a small dose of Shea Weber are the driving forces that allow me to be who I am today.
This year, in 2021, Bergevin tamped down Claude Julien to put Dominique Ducharme in the seat and that's when the picture ended, the one we've been waiting for since 1993, a Stanley Cup Final. But this final tastes different since yesterday, just like all those hugs following the Montreal Canadiens' loss. It now looks like a farewell to the valiant warrior, who played these 2021 series with a destroyed body.
To think that some fans, without questioning further, were destroying the captain in the public square during the regular season. To those fans, know that Weber has been playing crippled since almost the beginning of the regular season. He wanted to play with his teammates because he felt it was THERE. There was no way he was going to give up on his team, a grind designed for the playoffs. Because Shea Weber is that. That's what it's all about.
Weber Mountain is an example for all those who want to succeed and he is also a human being, therefore, who can become vulnerable despite his stuff and his aura. Shea, I love you, you're the real deal, and thank you for what you are! Signed a blogger who admires you!
