The New Jersey Devils announced in the last minutes the recall of defenseman Kevin Bahl.
On the other hand, it also means bad news for the second overall pick in the last draft, Simon Nemec. The 18-year-old defenseman has been sent back to Utica in the American League.
Bahl, 22, had 17 points in 56 games last season with the Comets in the AHL.
