Turning 26 today, McDavid has had one of the most robust young careers in NHL history.
In an interview, McDavid got honest about his least favorite aspect of the NHL game - the shootout.
The shootout is very much a love/hate thing for hockey fans. While most can agree that it is an asinine event to decide a game, most equally just enjoy watching it.
McDavid isn't a fan at all, and suggested a 10-minute 3-on-3 overtime in its place.
