Nathan MacKinnon who has not played since January 26th when he was diagnosed with a concussion, has missed the last 4 games. We have just learned that he has cleared concussion-protocol and will be returning to the lineup for tomorrow's game against the Dallas Stars!
MacKinnon was crushed with a hit from Boston Bruins Taylor Hall, where MacKinnon's own stick rose up and hit himself in the face leaving him on the ice bleeding heavily!
MacKinnon is currently 5th on the Avalanche in points with 43 points in 31 games. Look for him to make a huge impact in his return tomorrow night!
