Bruce Boudreau Shares His Thoughts on a Rumoured Blockbuster Trade
It was a bit of a shock for Maple Leafs fans when rumours surfaced connecting them to the giant Tyler Myers from Vancouver.
Leafs fans had an expectedly negative reaction to the ties, as Myers doesn't feel like much of a game-altering piece.
Luckily, Myers coach until last month, and newly-minted NHL analyst Bruce Boudreau was there to comment on the situation:
He's played some great games. Such a big body, good stick. I think he would help. My biggest worry is his contract ($5M bonus next year). If it was Toronto, if they can afford to get him in there. And there's a history with (Travis) Dermott trade.
So - do you think the Leafs should go ahead and make it happen?
