Biznasty argues that the New York Islanders are the most boring team in the league.
There's definitely a case to be made here. Not only is GM Lou Lamoriello a stickler for basically any personality from his players, including fun hairstyles and celebrations, but their team is one of the oldest in the league.
Despite having a shiny new arena, their team has been looking rather gray. After going to two consecutive eastern conference finals, they missed the playoffs last season. They acquired Bo Horvat two weeks ago, which should help turn things around, but they are still very boring.
