BREAKING: Update on Avalanche Superstar
The Denver Avalanche have been missing key pieces of their lineup due to multiple injuries hitting their starters.
Cale Makar is one of these players, whose been out since February 9th after Jeff Carter hit the young defenseman.
After the hit by Carter, Makar has been missing for four games, dealing with the after-effects of a concussion.
According to Kyle Fredrickson of the Denver Gazette, Makar will slot in Saturday against the rival St. Louis Blues.
The Colorado Avalanche have been missing his presence on-ice recently, as the Norris Trophy-winning defenseman left a big hole on their Left-pairing all the while.
Makar has been a staple in the lineup since 2019 and hasn't had a season with Colorado below 30 points and will make an impact immediately once again, tonight.
