Carson Briere, the infamous son of NHL legend and current Flyers' GM Daniel Briere, is once again making headlines, but this time, it's for good reasons.

Briere Signs First Pro Deal

Earlier this year, he went viral for pushing a wheelchair down a flight of stairs in an incident now known as the "wheelchair incident." As a result, he was dropped by his college team, and it's unlikely that he will play in the NHL because of that.

Now, he has signed a contract with HC 19 Humenné in the Extra Liga, Slovakia.

The 23-year-old will pursue his career in Europe, and given everything that has happened, he will likely stay there for a while.
