Coyotes Terminate Galchenyuk's Contract
The Arizona Coyotes have announced that they will be terminating Alex Galchenyuk's contract just 12 days after signing him to a one-year deal.
The Arizona Coyotes have placed forward Alex Galchenyuk on unconditional waivers for purposes of terminating his contract. The Club will have no further comment at this time.
Galchenyuk was the 3rd overall pick in the 2012 draft and has had two previous stints with the Coyotes. In 2018-19, he has 41 points in 71 games with the Coyotes and wore a letter.
He also played with the Coyotes in 2021-22 where he registered 21 points in 60 games. This termination comes under mysterious circumstances and we will be following the situation closely.
