BREAKING: Controversial Mitchell Miller Signs New Deal After Being Terminated in Boston
Back in 2022, the Boston Bruins gave a three-year entry-level contract to Mitchell Miller.
A few months later, the organization terminated his contract after realizing they had made a huge mistake.
Miller was involved in a major controversy that ended up in court when he was a teenager. He pleaded guilty to assault after bullying a black and disabled classmate.
Now, he's reportedly back with the pros.
According to Chris Johnston:
"Mitchell Miller has signed in Slovakia with HK 32 Liptovský Mikuláš. He didn't play at all last season after agreeing to an entry-level contract with the #bruins in November that was later terminated."
Miller's talent was overshadowed by his controversial past, and he decided to pursue his career in exile, in Slovakia.
