The Buffalo Sabres seem to be finally turning the corner on many years of misery and the Jack Eichel trade seems to have gone a long way to remedying the team's desperate situation.
The whole environment is suddenly different with the arrival of Alex Tuch and Peyton Krebs, and fans are loving their team more and more.
In fact, last Saturday, after a win over the Chicago Blackhawks, the Sabres were waving to their crowd at centre ice when a fan decided to pay tribute by throwing a sex toy on the ice.
We wonder what's weirder, throwing your sex toy on the ice or bringing it to a hockey game.
Let's just say the security guards checking the bags missed a good one, but the result is hilarious:
