Forward Johnny Gaudreau signed a long-term contract with the Columbus Blue Jackets when the free agent market opened in July.
When a star player leaves the team that drafted him via free agents, it doesn't look good and the chances of him being booed when he returns to Calgary are very high.
Gaudreau was the talk of the town again this weekend when he played in a game for charity. He showed up to the game wearing his Flames shorts and helmet.
Fans on Twitter aren't too happy to see this, especially when you compare it to Jonathan Huberdeau, who was already wearing Flames colours 48 hours after his trade.
