A New Report Gives Terrible News for the Chicago Blackhawks Future Plans
It's no secret that the Chicago Blackhawks are in full rebuild mode. They're hedging their bets on high draft picks to turn into a future championship core - just like the did in the 2000s when they drafted Jonathan Toews and Patrick Kane.
Now those two players that brought three cups to Chicago are expiring UFA's, that still hold significant trade value. It's no debate that they are worth more as trade chips to the Blackhawks than they are players.
However, an insider at Barstool Sports has revealed that he doubts they will change locations by the deadline.
With exactly one month to go until the deadline, it will be interesting to see how this all works out.
