Owen Power receives puck to the face and leaves the game in blood
Buffalo Sabres' defenseman Owen Power received a puck to the face and had to leave the game in blood.
In the final period of the Atlantic Division clash between the Sabres and the Detroit Red Wings, Owen Power was hit in the face by a puck.
David Perron was stainding behind the goal line and hit Power after he shot the puck. It's hard to say from the video if the puck deflected, but nonetheless, it looks painful.
Power quickly got back on his feet and left the ice on his own.

Earlier in the game, defenseman Jacob Bryson also had to retreat to the locker room a face injury.
He received an accidental high stick from his teammate Tyson Jost:
The Sabres had to finish the game with only four defensemen.
