Alex Ovechkin reveals when he will retire from the NHL

Alex Ovechkin is currently 58 goals away from beating the great one Wayne Gretzky's NHL goal record and would be number one in NHL history for it. While many believe that Ovechkin won't retire until that record is broken, we finally know when the russian superstar retire and it has nothing to do with Wayne Gretzky.

Ovechkin to retire when contract expires

Alex Ovechkin sat down with Igor Rabiner for a russian language interview for Sports express and finally gave insight on how much time is left in the NHL.

He was asked Ovechkin if he will retire once his contract with the Washington Capitals expires and Ovechkin replied the following.
