Sheldon Keefe has just revealed to the media the fate of Tyler Bertuzzi ahead of tonight's game against the Edmonton Oilers.

Tyler Bertuzzi seemed to be mysteriously benched for the first part of the Leafs game on Wednesday night against the Washington Capitals, however, it was later revealed that he was battling through sickness. Bertuzzi missed practice earlier this week due to the sickness and was determined to be day-to-day.
Now, Sheldon Keefe has revealed that the decision for Tyler Bertuzzi to play tonight is up to him, and he still isn't feeling the greatest.
Tyler Bertuzzi is a game-time decision tonight

Sheldon Keefe: "This will be Bert's call. If he feels he's ready to go, he'll be in. Right now he's not loving how he's feeling"

This is not promising news for Leaf fans or Bertuzzi, who has been finding his stride as of late with the Leafs. After a slow start and string of bad luck, Tyler Bertuzzi has 5 points in his last 5 games and has been an integral part of the top line with Auston Matthews as Mitch Marner remains out with his ankle injury.
We will see if Tyler Bertuzzi suits up tonight, and if he treats the game similarly to the Capitals game Wednesday.
