Sheldon Keefe Announces the Plan After Yet Another Injury: Others Need to Step Up
The Maple Leafs had to deal with a lot of injuries this season. Now, as we're entering the final stretch of the season, things are no different.
Last night, as the Leafs were facing the Phildelphia Flyers, Calle Jarnkrok had to leave the game after a dangerous collision with the boards. They already had to play without
Mitch Marner, who's also injured.

Head Coach Sheldon Keefe Reveals the Maple Leafs' Plan Without Jarnkrok
In his post-game press conference, Keefe announced that Jarnkrok didn't injure his shoulder or his head, which is good news.
Sheldon Keefe says Calle Jarnkrok is probably going to miss some time and they won't know the full extent of it until they get home.
Ruled out the shoulder and head as injuries. Didn't say anything else. "
He added that the strategy going forward is having other players step up their game, as they did all season long.
Sheldon Keefe said it's not a shoulder or head injury for Calle Jarnkrok:
"Just like we've had others step up for Mitch, we'll have to do similar with Jarny if he's going to miss a period of time here"
In 52 games this season with the Leafs, Jarnkrok scored 21 points, including 10 goals.
Updates and details will follow.
