Update (Oct. 29, 7:20PM): The Toronto Maple Leafs are going to have Sammy Blais on the fourth line as they take on the Columbus Blue Jackets.

Toronto is trying to make it three in a row against the Columbus Blue Jackets on Wednesday as they look to carry some much needed momentum into November.
Coming off a much-needed win over the Calgary Flames on Tuesday, Toronto heads into Columbus to make it a three straight victories and get a hot streak going in anticipation of several key players returning.
We don't know exactly who is going to be lining up for the Maple Leafs on Wednesday night, however forward William Nylander is not going to be skating after resting himself on the back-to-back.

Maple Leafs Projected Lineup vs. Blue Jackets

That's going to lead to Sammy Blais making his Maple Leafs debut, but how else will the rest of the team look?
Let's take a look at what the projected lines may be**:
McMann - Matthews - Robertson
Knies - Tavares - Maccelli
Joshua - Roy - Cowan
Lorentz - Domi - Blais
Rielly - Myers
McCabe - Benoit
Ekman-Larsson - Carlo
Primeau (starter)
**lineup subject to change
With Nylander out and Blais in, there is going to be a bit of lineup reshuffling and there's potential that Nick Robertson could slide in, but there is also Max Domi who is coming off a two-goal performance, as well as moving Easton Cowan up to see if there's some magic there.

Sammy Blais Joins Toronto In Season Debut

We will also get a chance to see what Blais can offer, and knowing his relationship with Craig Berube and the style of game he brings, we may see a much more physical affair on Wednesday night.
Claimed off waivers earlier this month, he's been an extra ever since and hasn't had a chance to show what he can do, though will add a different dynamic for sure, we don't know exactly how he'll fit in but he's worth slotting in.
There's also some other notes we should keep an eye on in addition to Blais' debut however.
We need to see how Cayden Primeau is going to do after having a solid record with some average performances. Columbus is very dangerous and he needs to be on his toes and make sure he plays above his norm especially if that defense lacks.
Up front, Max Domi's two-goal game will get a lot of eyes on him as he will be expected to continue scoring, and if he can put in a good game then there's a high chance he can silence any early-season doubters.
John Tavares is also going to have some attention too as he looks for career goal #500 and while he was close against Calgary, there's no doubt his teammates are going to do everything they can to get him that illustrious marker.
The Maple Leafs take on the Blue Jackets on the road at Nationwide Arena with the game scheduled to start at 7:30 PM ET; it will be broadcast on Sportsnet One and TVA in Canada, and ESPN+ in the United States.
