The Maple Leafs got a fantastic bit of news on Tuesday morning as it was revealed that Anthony Stolarz was seen in much better condition than on Monday.

After the actions of Sam Bennett caused Anthony Stolarz to not only leave the game on Monday night, but ended up needing a hospital stay for the goaltender, one would think he got some swift justice.
Unfortunately he did not, and the league seems to undervalue the protection of their players. It shook everyone in Toronto and seriously put a damper on what has been such a fantastic story thus far.

Anthony Stolarz Back With Toronto In Shocking Update

We're all worried about the state of Stolarz, and whether or not he's not only healthy to continue this series, but how this is going to affect his career going forward.
Luckily for us, in a huge turnaround, it seems that Stolarz might be okay after all.
TVA Sports contributor Renaud Lavoie revealed that Leafs defender Brandon Carlo caught a glimpse of Stolarz at breakfast looking way better than Monday night.
Not only is this a positive for the Maple Leafs as they try to fend off the defending champions, but that his concussion and symptoms were less impactful than first thought.
Pierre LeBrun seemed to echo the sentiment, revealing as well Stolarz was released from hospital.
It's a massive boost for the Maple Leafs given that they're banking a lot on Stolarz's performance to carry them this postseason.
So far he has a 4-2-0 record with a 2.19 GAA and .901 SV% and was making his first appearance as a starter in the playoffs.
He was frustrating Florida all night before leaving the game, and if it weren't for Bennett's cheap shot then the team may have not had the game end so closely.
Craig Berube confirmed that Stolarz was back with the team and in better spirits, but had zero clue as to the nature of his injury or when he would play again.
It would be stupid to throw Stolarz back on the ice after what happened, but perhaps this is a positive that a Game 4 or 5 start isn't out of the question.
For now it'll be up to Joseph Woll to keep things steady until Stolarz is able to return, a tough task for the youngster but he is as good a replacement as any.
Let's just all be thankful that Stolarz is seemingly okay, and nothing serious came out of such a ridiculous incident.
