Projected Lineup for Game 3 Between Senators and Maple Leafs Revealed
The projected roster lines for the Toronto Maple Leafs and the Ottawa Senators for game three have been announced with a huge change in store for the Leafs.
The Toronto Maple Leafs will look to take a commanding 3-0 series lead against the Ottawa Senators as the series shifts across Ontario from Toronto to the nation's capital.
Ottawa is looking to get back into the series at home, having fought back against Toronto in Game 2 before ultimately losing in overtime off a goal from
Max Domi.
The Leafs will have a slightly new look on offense as Nick Robertson, who took a costly penalty in Game 2 for Toronto, is out with
Max Pacioretty playing in his first game since February,
having been out due to an undisclosed injury.
Missing the last two months of the season, Pacioretty was doing solid so far in his debut with the Leafs, scoring 13 points (5G, 8A) while adding 103 hits; he'll bring some much needed physicality to the lineup without a doubt.
Once again,
Anthony Stolarz will get the start for Toronto. Stolarz has a 1.95 GAA and a .934 SV% in his first two starts for the Leafs in the playoffs.
The rest of the Maple Leafs lineup remains untouched with the game headed to Ottawa.
The Ottawa Senators will not be changing up their lineup despite being down 2-0 in the series, with head coach Travis Green continuing to roll with his playoff lines at home, but will no doubt have issues with things if his team can't pull out the win.
Forward
Ridly Greig & defenseman
Nick Jensen are both not skating for the Sens in practice, but both are expected to play according to Postmedia's Bruce Garrioch.
In place of Greig & Jensen are
Matthew Highmore and
Travis Hamonic, both of whom are not confirmed to be in or out tonight in the case one or both of Greig/Jensen are unavailable.
Jensen, who has not been practicing but has featured in the playoffs with a lingering injury, left Game 2 vs Toronto, but later returned.
Linus Ullmark will get the start for Ottawa. In the two games played so far, Ullmark has a 4.39 GAA and a .800 SV%, at home looking to avenge what had been a difficult two games on the road in Toronto.
