Maple Leafs make last-minute lineup tweak ahead of Jets game

The Toronto Maple Leafs didn't make any huge changes ahead of their game vs. Winnipeg however did end up making one tweak in the top-six before the puck dropped.
As the Maple Leafs look to build upon their 4-0 shutout victory over the New Jersey Devils, they will have Auston Matthews back in the fold after he missed last game due to a blocked shot that gave him some issues.
He's back on the top line, but practice saw a new-ish face on his wing as Matthew Knies was back with him after being demoted to the second line; and had Max Domi in his usual spot.
With that, the lineup looked set, however right before game-time it seems Craig Berube wanted to make one little swap again.
Berube decided to move McMann back with Matthews and Domi after they have had some measure of success recently and felt like that chemistry has a foundation to grow from so wanted to keep things as they have been:
McMann - Matthews - Domi
Maccelli - Tavares - Knies
Cowan - Roy - Robertson
Lorentz - Laughton - Jarnkrok

The rest of the lineup remains unchanged from practice, and nobody was scratched prior to the game besides Jacob Quillan, who doesn't play due to Matthews coming back into the lineup.
McMann has been on a tear recently, with four points in his last three games including three goals in that span; he has 20 points in 38 games this season (12 goals, 8 assists) to go along with 81 hits in 14:29 TOI.
We will see how this little tweak works out for Craig Berube as the Maple Leafs and Jets square off in a battle of two teams who came into this season with high expectations but have certainly fallen short so far this year.
