The playoffs are starting soon, which means not only will the games be more intense, but the atmosphere at the Scotiabank Arena and throughout the city of Toronto will be electric.
Toronto is one of the biggest markets in the NHL. They know their value and aren't afraid to charge a lot for tickets. By doing so, they exclude a vast majority of their fan base, but if people are willing to pay the same price to resellers, why would they sell tickets for less?
Regular-season ticket prices are already high, so it's only natural for playoff ticket prices to be even higher, right?
