BREAKING: Maple Leafs make moves that suggest a trade is on the horizon
The Toronto Maple Leafs made three roster moves late last night, that could indicate an incoming trade.
Leafs Send Three Player to the AHL
Brad Treliving assigned Bobby McMann, Maxime Lajoie and Martin Jones to the Marlies.
With the current injuries to Mark Giordano, Timothy Liljegren and John Klingberg, Toronto absolutely needs to trade for a defenseman.
Sending three players to the AHL could hint that something big is coming.
The Leafs don't play until Thursday, leaving a lot of time for Treliving to make the move.
