BREAKING: Jason Spezza Makes a Decision Regarding His Future in Toronto
Jason Spezza was an integral piece of Leafs management as early as last week. Things have turned around very quick.
Spezza Tenders Resignation
Following the Leafs parting ways with Kyle Dubas earlier today, Jason Spezza has tendered his resignation.
The 2001 2nd overall pick retired as a Maple Leaf and joined their front office.
His close friendship with the aforementioned Dubas is clearly more important to him than a front office job in Toronto.
We will see what comes next for the possible Hall of Fame candidate.
