Michael Bunting has signed a contract with a new team and will try to go farther with them then he could with the Leafs.
Bunting Signs With Hurricanes
The Carolina Hurricanes have stayed busy with signing UFA Michael Bunting.
The salary is currently unknown but it will be a three year deal.
This comes in addition to the Hurricanes signing Dmitry Orlov to a 2 year $7.75 million contract.
Bunting is coming off of a 49 point season with the Maple Leafs where he scored 23 goals.
