Puljujarvi Signs Two-Year Deal With Penguins
Kyle Dubas has just made another splash in his first year as GM of the Pittsburgh Penguins, signing Jesse Puljujarvi to a two-year deal with an AAV of $800,000. Puljujarvi has not played this year in the NHL.
The Pittsburgh Penguins have added 25-year old Jesse Puljujarvi to the fold on a two-year contract.
The Finn has been recovering until now from off-season surgery. Last season with Edmonton and Carolina, he combined for five goals and 16 points in 75 games.
In 13 games with Wilkes-Barre/Scranton (AHL) this season, he produced nine points.

Puljujarvi has been recovering from surgery this past offseason and has been playing for the Penguins AHL team in his recovery. In 13 games with them, he has scored 9 points.
We will see how his return goes with the Penguins, and will hopefully bring some new energy to the Pens dressing room.
