Team canada player finally turns himself to the London police
There's been a major development concerning the five players from the 2018 Team Canada Junior who were asked to report to the London Police.
In breaking news, Alex Formenton has officially reported to the police station to face charges.
Last week, he returned from Switzerland, where he played with Ambri-Piotta for the past two seasons.
As reported by Robyn Doolittle from The Globe and Mail, Formenton will defend his innocence:
"BREAKING: Alex Formenton, a former NHL player with the Ottawa Senators and 2018 junior player, has turned himself into London police. "Alex will vigorously defend his innocence and asks that people not rush to judgment without hearing all of the evidence."
