Brady Tkachuk will be suspended tomorrow following a technicality.
Tkachuk To Be Suspended
Late in the game against the Buffalo Sabres, Brady Tkachuk fought Alex Tuch and received an instigator penalty for doing so.
Per NHL rule 46.21, Brady Tkachuk is set to be suspended for 1 game for receiving an instigator penalty in the last 5 minutes of regulation, while Head Coach DJ Smith would receive a $10,000 fine.

The Senators will appeal this ruling and may be able to overturn the suspension as Tuch had knocked Tkachuk over before the fight.
The Sabres defeated the Senators 6-4 and it is clear Tkachuk let his emotions get the best of him.
