Another controversial call by the NHL sparked outrage last night, in the first game between the New York Rangers and the Florida Panthers.

The only thing that fans are certain about the NHL's video review system, is that every time refs put on the headphones and take a look at their tablet, anything can happen.
Once again, fans were left completely baffled about the refs' decision to overturn a goal scored by the Panthers in the first game of the Eastern Conference Finals against the Rangers.
New York's head coach Peter Laviolette oped to challenge the goal because of goalie interference, and surprisingly enough, it paid.
Frankly, it's hard to see where's the interference here. Ryan Lomberg of the Panthers did enter the goalie's zone, but left before interfering with Shesterkin's work.
The only moment he could've prevented him to do his job, was when Ryan Lindgren hit Lomberg right on the goalie.

A lot of hockey fans are left with a lot of questions about what exactly is goalie interference.
The NHL's reputation took another hit, and we can't stress enough how it's disheartening to see that the League doesn't seem to see a problem with the situation.
Do you understand the NHL's decision to cancel Ryan Lomberg's goal in game one between the New York Rangers and Florida Panthers?
