More bad news for Alexis Lafreniere ahead of the season opener
Lafrenière's Bad Luck Continues with the New York Rangers.
Alexis Lafrenière made headlines for the wrong reasons recently.
His lack of effort during training camp, ahead of the first season of his two-year contract with the Rangers, disappointed everyone in the organization and the media.
A reporter even said he looked like an "undrafted invitee on a professional tryout".

That's not what you want to hear about a first overall pick with high promise.
However, more bad news emerged concerning him.
Rangers Announce Another Bad New for Lafrenière
The Rangers announced that Lafrenière has an upper-body injury and is considered "day-to-day".
"UPDATE: Forward Alexis Lafreniere (upper body, day to day) will not practice today."
Let's hope he can return healthy soon to showcase his true skills on the ice!
