Marc-Andre Fleury Reveals Major Update Regarding His Future in the NHL
Marc-Andre Fleury was drafted first overall 20 years ago. In the time since, he's won three Stanley Cups, and been on four different teams.
He may be in his final days in the league however.
Fleury May Entering His Final Season
After signing a two-year, $7M extension in Minnesota, the 37-year-old Fleury had to know he was close to the end.
Having been eliminated from the playoffs by the Dallas Stars last night, it was revealed that Fleury will likely only play one more season in the league.
Fleury made clear he plans to play one more year and then «that might be it.»
It's hard to imagine an NHL without Marc-Andre Fleury, but it may be even closer than anybody thought.
