Kid Absolutely Roasts Connor McDavid At The Awards
Edmonton Oilers Hall of Fame talent Connor McDavid may have took home a handful of hardware at the NHL Awards ceremony after winning his third Hart Trophy among four total awards, but the amount of shame might be more overwhelming.
Kid Steals The Show
During a short moment during the ceremony in Nashville, local country music star Dierks Bentley' son Knox got to have a chat with McDavid as he was asked about the size of the engagement ring he gave to his partner Lauren.
Knox had this short and sweet response:
It's TIIIIINYYYYYYYY!
Moving On...
In response , McDavid humbly shrugged it off, showing Bentley that on the outside, he was not affected. After all, the recognition he received from a career-best season was still his highlight of the night.
So, McDavid presumably wins this battle for now. We'll see if the Bentley's can find and plot their comeback.
