Crosby Willing To Change Everything To Play With McDavid
Sidney Crosby has revealed that he is willing to make a major change to play alongside Connor McDavid.
Crosby And McDavid
Connor McDavid and Sidney Crosby are two of the greatest players to ever lace up their skates. Right now, McDavid is the best player in the world coming off a 153-point season while Crosby is still producing at an elite rate despite being 36.
While the two are both incredibly gifted and franchise players, there is a chance we get to see them play alongside each other.
Crosby Speaks On Playing With McDavid
In a recent interview on the 32 Thoughts podcast, Crosby said the following about potentially playing with Connor McDavid on the international stage.
"I'll go [to the wing]. I'll play my off-wing, no worries. Listen, I've skated with him and I've played both, so I think I'm good either way with playing center or wing, whatever he wants to do. He can carry the mail. I'll just find the opening." - Sidney Crosby
At this point in their careers, both McDavid and Crosby want to represent Team Canada on the international stage but have not gotten the chance to do so together. No matter what the line is, having McDavid and Crosby playing together would be one of the most entertaining things to watch.
Now the question arises, will the two get to represent Team Canada at the 2024 World Championships?
