Perron Will be Suspended For Cross-Checking Zub
Last Saturday when the Detroit Red Wings faced off against the Ottawa Senators forward David Perron was ejected for intending to injure Senators forward Artem Zub.
On the play Red Wings captain Dylan Larkin was knocked unconscious after getting sandwiched between Parker Kelly and Mathieu Joseph. Perron saw his captain unconscious and decided to retaliate on who he thought was the player who knocked him out.
It was later announced that Perron would have an in-person meeting with the NHL DoPS meaning he could get suspended for 5+ games.
