Chicago Blackhawks' star rookie Connor Bedard got injured early in January and had to undergo a jaw surgery that kept him away from the lineup for a few weeks now.

In breaking news, Elliotte Friedman announced that Bedard is currently checking with the doctors to see if he could take part in tonight's game against the Penguins.
