to #Flames: Artem Grushnikov, 2024 2nd round pick (DAL), conditional 2026 3rd round pick (DAL) only if Dallas reaches this year's Stanley Cup Final

The Devils will be retaining on 25% of Tanev's contract and will be getting a 4th round pick in return.
