Defenseman
Brett Kulak will take his place. He will play on the third defensive pair alongside Erik Gustafsson.

For his part, forward Jake Evans was present at training this morning. However, head coach Dominique Ducharme did not disclose his training in attack. Evans' participation in tonight's game is a decision that will be made ahead of the game.

Evans had taken part in the first meeting of this series. However, he had to be absent due to an injury, the nature of which has not been disclosed.

The Canadiens face elimination tonight in front of their fans as they host the Toronto Maple Leafs.
