A controversial play in Game 5 of the Stanley Cup Finals is causing controversy

Referees counts goal causing a stir



The second goal scored by Vegas was controversial by fans after it was accused that a whistle was called before the puck went in the net.

The whistle appears to have been called only seconds before the goal is scored, which would be too close to call.


No challenge was called on the play and the goal stood.
