The Toronto Maple Leafs found themselves in a undesirable spot, after falling down 3-0 to the Florida Panthers during game three's 3-2 overtime loss Sunday night.
Not only did the Leafs lose the game they lost their number one guy in net when Ilya Samsonov left the game after being crashed into with teammate Luke Schenn.
Today Leafs head coach Sheldon Keefe gave us a update on Samsonov saying :
"Samsonov is "feeling better," but needs an MRI. Leafs will use the extra day to make a call. If
Joseph Woll is needed in Game 4, Keefe says the Leafs are confident : didn't look like the moment was too big for him."

If Samsonov isn't able to go during Wednesday night's do or die game four, Keefe is going with Joseph Woll who played well all things considered making 18 saves on 21 shots.
Keefe has Faith in Joseph Woll
"We've got great confidence in him," Keefe said of the 24-year-old. "And he backed that up with his performance."
"Our group has a lot of confidence in him. And more importantly, he looked really confident and comfortable. It didn't look like the moment or the situation was too big for him. So, if I need to go back with him, I think we've got lots of confidence and belief in his ability."
Regardless who Keefe puts in net if Auston Matthews, Mitch Marner, John Tavares, and William Nylander don't wake up the Leafs will be swept Wednesday night, and won't have anyone else to blame but themselves.
