Sportsnet Elliotte Friedman believed thd Oilers offered Kane a deal worth $1.5 million but that's yet to be confirmed. Ken Holland, Oilers general manager, seems to be the most interested in Kane then any other of the teams.
If Kane can just play hockey without the off ice antics he can definitely help the Oilers, last season Kane had 22 goals and 49 points in 56 games with the Sharks.
There is still the Florida Panthers and Elliotte Friedman believes the Carolina Hurricanes might be interested also.
