Since Dean's hiring in 2020, he's been a key component of the Wild's success, and the rest of the league is only now learning what makes him so special.
He's a strategist with the foresight and flexibility to change things up on the fly when things don't go as planned, and he's a great motivator.
He's in command at all times... well, almost all of the time...
Evason wasn't completely in charge in the Wild's loss to the Arizona Coyotes a few nights ago.
Check out this wonderful moment when Evason and a couple of Wild fans on the bench directly behind him all yelled "WTF!?!?" at the same time:
