Photos of Celine Dion, the iconic French-Canadian singer/songwriter, donning Vegas Golden Knights attire on the scoreboard at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, NV before of Tuesday's Game 5 have circulated the internet, causing some consternation among Habs supporters.

On Thursday, Dion, a native of Charlemagne, Quebec, denied that she had anything to do with the photos, that some media outlets have already reported as having been photoshopped.
Dion, a noted Montreal Canadiens fan, seems to have been the target of an elaborate scheme by the Vegas Golden Knights to try to get under the skin of the Habs, though it does not appear to be working in their favor, as they now trail the series 3-2 with the Habs having a chance to close out the series in Game 6 at the Bell Center on Thursday evening.
Perhaps it would be wise for the Golden Knights organization to focus less on creating a stir off the ice and more on the tall task at hand of figuring out a way to solve Montreal Canadiens goaltender Carey Price, who has had Vegas' number all series long.
Dion would not comment any further on the matter, but it's safe to say she'll be cheering on Canada's only hope for a Cup tonight as the Habs try to punch their ticket to the Finals.
