Among defenseman, Kris Letang is third in scoring. Letang is in the final year of his long contract and will be free as a bird this summer for the first time.
Where will he sign? Here's Renaud Lavoie's remarks.
Tonight on live air, Lavoie, a TVA Sports journalist who knows Letang well said something intriguing:
''The blue, white, and red costume will be an amazing sight to see on Letang''
"Kristopher Letang, for example, takes the time to do it (talk with Jonathan Drouin). Yes, he cares about the Penguins and the Quebec players."
Interesting! Examine this possibility.
Is this a good buy?
Letang's age may not fit into the plans of a team that is clearly on the approach of rebuilding or resetting, but a talented veteran who can show young guys how to dominate in the NHL and win can never harm.
