Here is the play incase you missed it, Ahlholm cross checked his own teammate at practice and KO'd him cold.
The team announced the punishment today:
"Such an action is totally unacceptable and very serious. We see no mitigating circumstances around what happened. We have tried to carry out an orderly process with the parties involved, and we therefore had to spend some time to see if we could reach an amicable final agreement with Rasmus. We did not succeed in this and thus we had to go to this step."
The team officially announced that they have cut Ahlholm after that brutal incident.
"I think it is incredibly sad that it ends in this way," said Ahlholm when asked for comment about being cut.
